| The particular selection of best cheeses and our unicity in the kind of natural seasoning has taken us to use a special packaging to maintain all the organoleptic and sight qualities of the product as if the cheese was sectioned at the moment. Our packing is composed by a thin aluminium sheet which protects the product avoiding the use of antioxidant substances and thermal shock for the thermo-retraction. The packaging has also been studied to preserve in the refrigerator the cheese after its opening. |
